Meet Our Staff
Tab A. Keplinger is a Partner with Advantage Tax Group. He has been an accountant and tax professional since 1983. Tab's experience includes individual and business income tax preparation and planning as well as most business/corporate accounting and financial reporting matters. Tab began his career with KPMG LLP, one of the world's largest certified public accounting firms. He has a B.B.A. from Kent State University and graduated from Dover High School in 1979.
Randal R. Longacher is a Partner with Advantage Tax Group. He is a certified public accountant. Randy specializes in the financial needs of individuals and small business owners. He is also the owner of Tuscarawas Tax Service and a life resident of Dover, Ohio. He graduated in 1972 from Dover High School and in 1977 from the University of Akron with a Bachelors Degree in the Science of Accounting.
Dana McQuaid is the Administrative Assistant for Advantage Tax Group and Tuscarawas Tax Service. She is also currently responsible for the payroll and bookkeeping needs for 30 clients. She has been with the Group since August 2006. She has 15 years experience in the payroll and bookkeeping field. Dana graduated in 1987 from Indian Valley North High School. She has been married to Greg for fifteen years and resides in the Uhrichsville area. She has a 19 year old stepdaughter and a newborn grandson.
Joni Koch is a bookkeeping and payroll specialist with Advantage Tax Group in our Mt Eaton Office and is also the Office Manager for that office. She has been with Advantage Tax Group since 2006 and is currently responsible for the ongoing bookkeeping and payroll needs of 52 clients. She attended Buckeye Career Center’s Office Technology Program and has also been trained in the Tax Preparation responsibilities for individuals. Joni graduated from Fairless High School 1978. She is married with 2 children, 3 step-children and has 3 grandchildren.
Wendy Piccin is a Tax Preparer and Office Manager with Advantage Tax Group in our Uhrichsville Office. She has been with Advantage Tax Group since 2006. She has 16 years experience in the tax preparation field. She grew up in the Twin Cities, has 2 children, and graduated from Claymont High School in 1983.
Mary Michel is a Tax Preparer and Office Manager with Advantage Tax Group in our Carrollton Office. She has been with Advantage Tax Group since 2004. Mary has completed 188 hours of comprehensive tax training and 2 years of online training over the last 4 years. Mary specializes in the tax issues for individuals and small business owners. She is a life resident of the Carroll County area. She is married with 2 children and graduated in 2000 from Carrollton High School and Buckeye Career Center.
Margie Harland is a Tax Preparer for Advantage Tax Group in our Mt. Eaton Office. She has been with Advantage Tax Group since 2004. Margie has completed 136 hours of comprehensive tax preparation training over the last 4 years. Margie specializes in the tax issues for individuals and small business owners. She is a life resident of the Stark county area. She is married with 5 children and graduated n 1975 from Fairless High School..
